- Lamington - the aussie favourite. Sponge topped with chocolate icing and a sprinkle of coconut. Also available with fresh cream and raspberry filling, at extra charge.
- So Mocha - a dose of caffeine in a bite.
- Randy Red Velvet - the grown up chocolate cake tinged a sinful shade of red.
- Devilish Devil's Foodcake - deep, dark and damn delicious.
- Mysterious Black Forest - chocolate sponge with sweet cherries, fresh cream and spiked with kirsch.
- Full of Fruit (with or without rum and brandy) - a fruitcake with a difference.
- Chocolate / Strawberry Mousse - Feather light and melt in your mouth.
Icing options for cakes include buttercream, fondant and whipped fresh cream. Homemade marzipan is also available for fruit cakes (at extra cost).
