2. Oh La La Chocolate - soft chocolate sponge made with premium imported chocolate.
3. Carrot-ious - moist carrot cake bursting with raisins and walnuts.
4. Luscious Lemon - vanilla with a refreshing citrusy twist.
5. Lamington - the aussie favourite. Sponge topped with chocolate icing and a sprinkle of coconut. Also available with fresh cream and raspberry filling, at extra charge.
6. So Mocha - a dose of caffeine in a bite.
7. Randy Red Velvet - the grown up chocolate cake tinged a sinful shade of red.
8. Devilish Devil's Foodcake - deep, dark and damn delicious.
9. Mysterious Black Forest - chocolate sponge with sweet cherries, fresh cream and spiked with kirsch.
10. Full of Fruit (with or without rum and brandy) - a fruitcake with a difference.
11. Chocolate / Strawberry Mousse - Feather light and melt in your mouth.
    
    Icing options for cakes include buttercream, fondant and whipped fresh cream. Homemade marzipan is also available for fruit cakes (at extra cost).
    

Pricing:

Pricing varies depending on chosen flavour, icing and decorations and other customer specifications. General indication of pricing and approximate number of servings as follows:

8 inches (6 to 8 serves) - $30
10 inches (8 to 10 serves) - $40
11 inches (10 to 15 serves) - $50
12 inches (15 to 18 serves) - $60

2. Devilish Devil's Food - deep, dark and damn delicious.
3. Zesty Lemon Meringue - for that extra zing.
4. Mysterious Black Forest - the "mini-me" of black forest, with sweet cherries and spiked with kirsh.
5. Pina Colada - pineapple and coconut with a dash of Malibu.
6. So Mocha - a dose of caffeine in a bite.
7. Strawberry Shortcake - with a splash of strawberry liquor, there's nothing childlike about this version of Strawberry Shortcake.

Cupcake Mini's (starting at $1.00 each)

Bite sized version of the above - perfect for children's parties / afternoon tea.

Fondant

Made from marshmallows, fondant can be molded in any shape or form imaginable (please note extra charges may apply for fondant decorations). It's darn tasty too!
